Give it your ALL

You may have heard this before, “You reap what you sowe”. This holds true to everything in life and exercise is no exception. You get in what you put out. If you give a minimum effort, then DO NOT expect much of a return. We as humans never really realize our potential until our bodies are pushed to the limits. I’ve heard story of a 5’8 criminal running from the cops and leaping over 11ft walls and cops standing there staring in amazement. There was another story of a 16 year old kid lifting a car off of his uncle after it had collapsed on him during a routine oil change. Its amazing the potential we have given the right situation or motive.
What would it look like if you were to give your all, a 110% in a workout. An incredible thing happens, “YOU HAVE NOTHING LEFT TO GIVE”, therefore you can have no regrets about the workout, yet a terrible thing happens when you give 75% effort, you are left with 25% to haunt you with the question “What if..i gave it my all?” I’m pretty sure you can add a list of responses to that.(I.E.. coulda lost more weight, coulda saw results.
To keep it simple don’t short change yourself! Give it all you’ve got and then sum! That is an accomplishment in itself!
